Hydraulics are one of the most perishable skills an engineer has. Just like basic math, if you don't use it, you lose it. The documents below consist of a range of difficulty that will help directly and indirectly in pracitcing basic math and hydraulic calculations.

These worksheets are made to provide practical examples of hydraulic questions using the above formulas. Use the 'How to' worksheets in conjunction with these worksheets to practice the same way every time. Answers are provided so check your answers against mine to make sure you're correct. These practice exams are meant to get you prepared for the acutal written hydraulics exam. IN NO WAY ARE THESE QUESTIONS THE EXACT QUESTIONS YOU WILL SEE ON THE TEST! However, the formulas used and processes used to formulate an answer are similar. The idea here is to get you used to taking a test under pressure. Do not waste your time...when taking these tests, give yourself 2 minutes per question. Set a timer, and stop when your timer ends. You have a great opportunity to see how you get better with each exam. As always, answers are provided. Check your answers. Any questions, contact me.
